Esland are now recruiting for an experienced Registered Manager to join our home near Grantham. We are looking for a talented and dedicated individual, with bags of personality, robust leadership skills and the passion to make a real difference to the lives of our fantastic young people!
Shift pattern: 173 hours per month, flexibility will be required to meet the needs of the business
Salary: Dependent on experience and qualifications

Experience of managing or supervising in a residential children’s setting is essential, as well as working knowledge of Ofsted requirements and inspections. Relevant qualifications are desirable, but not essential- passion and resilience are a must!
All of our care staff need to be 21 years old or older and must undergo an enhanced DBS.
