Our Homes

We aim to deliver a bespoke, individualised package of care to our young people. This includes using a PACE (Playful, Accepting, Curious, Empathic) response in order to build up trusting and caring relationships between the young people and their caregivers. Within this we also aim to safeguard, nurture, educate and develop our young people, with the hope that this will support them to take control of their futures.

Our homes are defined to provide bespoke packages and can offer placements for children/young people who have Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties and/or Learning Disabilities. These are in either a Complex Needs Home which can provide 1:1 support or our Group Homes which have a staffing ratio of 2 to 3 children to one member of staff. Our homes can provide various packages tailored to suit the needs of the young person. For example, this may be an activity based package, therapeutic support and/or education provision.
