We are currently recruiting for an experienced Assessment Centre Manager to join our homes in our central region. We are looking for a talented and dedicated individual, with bags of personality and the passion to make a real difference to the lives of our fantastic young people!

Pay: £30,000 to £35,000 per annum, dependent on experience and qualifications

All of our care staff need to be 21 years old or older and must undergo an enhanced DBS. This role will involve travel throughout the Central region, so a full driving licence and car is essential.

Ideal requirements:

  • You have management experience gained in a relevant setting and have managed Good or Outstanding provisions
  • You have significant experience of working with and managing challenging behaviour.
  • You have the Level 3 Diploma in Children and Young People’s Workforce and have or are willing to work towards the Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management
