Esland are now recruiting for a Deputy Manager to join our new Children’s Residential Assessment Centre near Leicester! We are looking for talented and dedicated individuals, with bags of personality and the passion to make a real difference to the lives of our fantastic young people!
Shift pattern: 173 hours per month

* Supervisory/leadership experience in a residential setting
* Level 3 Diploma in Children and Young People’s Workforce (or equivalent)
* Passion and resilience are a must!
All of our care staff need to be 21 years old or older and must undergo an enhanced DBS.
