National Children and Young People Awards 2021- Shortlisted Finalists!

Three of our fantastic residential care employees and one of our amazing children’s residential homes teams have all been shortlisted as finalists for the forthcoming National Children and Young People Awards, which take place at the ICC in Birmingham towards the end of October.
Two of our Registered Managers- Abby Perkins of Foxbrook House and Kristen Thorley of Oakwood House- have both been shortlisted for Home Manager Awards for the Midlands area. Eilis Conaghan, our Registered Manager at The Willows Assessment Centre, has been shortlisted for The Biggest Impact Award (Individual Category). Our team at Wisteria Hall have been shortlisted for the Best Children’s Home Team (Central Region).
We are absolutely delighted for all of our team members and very proud of their achievements; it is wonderful to see their hard work with our young people and their personal successes being publicly acknowledged in such a prominent, public forum.
A virtual judging ceremony is set to take place later this week, before they will find out if they are successful in getting through to the final stages of these awards.
We wish Abby, Kristen, Eilis and the whole team at Wisteria all the very best of luck during the virtual judging stages-and a huge congratulations on being shortlisted for this event!
