Maple Manor -
At Maple Manor, we focus on the young person’s experience in the home and have given this significant consideration in recent weeks with us both reviewing and identifying the offering at Maple Manor and what young people benefit from. We have considered aims of this home and have created the following Mission Statement and Aims and Objectives to ensure that young people are at the centre of what we do:
We want our staff and children to be cared for, feel supported and be in ‘safe hands’. We want our staff to have to the confidence to make decisions and to be accountable for the decisions that they make. We want them to continually learn and to feel both valued and safeguarded through empowering them to be the best that they can be and to achieve their full potential.
Some of our Aims and Objectives
We aim to offer a happy, homely, safe, nurturing and stimulating environment for all the young people to help them aspire to and achieve their full potential.
We aim to support young people to develop and maximise their Independence and social skills whilst having the opportunity to reflect on their past, learn to develop self-coping and regulation strategies and remain safe.
We provide highly personalised care to help young people feel safe and positive.
We have created a staff team who are motivated, passionate and committed to working with young people and pursuing the best outcome for each child.
Great outcomes are achieved within Maple Manor, never by one person, always by a team of people with a common goal.
We will nurture development and provide the tools to contribute to our people achieving great things for themselves and our young people.
To provide a warm and safe family home for young people where they are supported and cared for and where they can thrive.
