Staffing Arrangements
The home has a manager/deputy manager and seniors, along with childcare workers.
All of our staff have been fully trained in first aid, medication administration and physical intervention, trauma therapeutic support, HSB, and therapeutic behaviour support.
Staff either have or are working towards, their NVQ Level 3 in Children’s Residential Care qualification.
Outcomes for Children
Hadlow House is ideal for children looking to step down into a more independent home or for younger children with SEMH type behaviours. Our young people are supported and encouraged to give feedback and express their feelings and wishes. Any complaints that they may have are heard, recorded and acted on to ensure their needs are met effectively.
