Lavender Lodge is set in the lovely rural outskirts of Coventry, in a peaceful countryside location overlooking fields and woodland. Lavender is a 3 bedded old farmhouse, ideally situated to create calm, stability and balance in the lives of vulnerable young people, who have suffered from traumatic experiences in early childhood. Lavender is blessed with an exceptional garden area, offering a range of activities such as football, trampolining and basketball. We are a short walk to local shops and takeaway’s and only a short drive to the city centre.
Our Team:
The Lavender Team are a resilient, dedicated, passionate and diverse mix of individuals, offering all the right ingredients to create the perfect homely, loving cocktail! Each and every team member comes with a wealth of knowledge and experience and their own personalities to create a positive, fun, family orientated atmosphere to support our young people and empower them to grow and achieve through a therapeutic, PACE approach.
Each Lavender team member is trained to the highest standard, through the new therapeutic Behaviour Support Program and completes an induction package which is the foundation to their Esland career path. Alongside this, we provide specialist and bespoke training of the highest standard, to ensure all our team are equipped with the right tools to execute the highest quality of therapeutic care and intervention for the children in our care.
