Our Home
We offer a bespoke service towards young people that are in a struggling environment- i.e, breaking down placements. We also have a clinical assessment team that supports the progression of the young person.
Activities at The Willows
Based on the young people here at The Willows, the activities are varied and also considered towards the young people’s wishes and feelings and are also tailored based on their skill set and capability. These activities can vary, from as simple as a local walk, cinema, crazy golf- we have numerous low level activities available. On the other end, we also provide extensive outdoor activities i.e. lowland hill walking involving navigation tools, which include map reading and using a compass, indoor Bouldering and even water sports.
The Willows' Team
The team at The Willows have a variety of skills, ranging from paddle sports leaders, mountain leaders, people who have worked in secure units previously and staff that are therapeutically trained. We have a clinical team attached to the home, who have input with the young people within our care.
